What attracted you to TIP Group?
I was initially drawn to this role as the responsibilities and tasks as these seemed interesting to me. Once I looked into the company, I found that their values aligned with mine and I felt like it would be a place id enjoy working at.
Describe your experience at TIP in three words:
Interesting, Supportive, Educational
What does a typical day for you involve?
Most of the work I do in the day is in ServiceNow. My main responsibilities involve fulfilling tickets from users. These can be request or incidents and can involve making changes to the ServiceNow environment. These responsibilities can change from day to day as there are always different ways to improve the platform or different incidents that occur.
What have you learned/developed since the start of your internship?
Since starting I have learned a lot about ServiceNow and ITSM. The main aspect of this I have learned the most about Is how to work within ServiceNow and how to use ServiceNow to help fulfil any request users have.
What is your favourite thing about working for TIP?
My favourite thing about working at TIP is meeting all the new people. Since starting, everyone’s been very friendly and helpful. They are also always willing to help with any issues I may be having.

What is your favourite random fact?
It takes around 540 peanuts to make a jar of peanut butter.
Do you have any hobbies?
I enjoy playing guitar. I also perform gigs with my band.
