How long have you been in the industry and how did you get into it?

I originally started in the transport industry and recently returned after 10 years in agricultural machinery sales

What do you like about working for TIP?

It’s an extremely focussed and professional company yet everyone is so friendly and helpful, it really is like a big family

What does a typical day for you involve?

Visiting or speaking to existing customers and new prospects

What are the top 3 most valuable skills you’ve learnt whilst working for TIP?

Planning, patience & adaptability

What is your biggest work achievement?

Landing the role at TIP and returning to the transport industry

What behaviour or personality trait do you most attribute your success to, and why?

Perseverance, I’m quite stubborn and don’t like to give up!
