TIP’s charity fundraising effort for this year is now finished, with this year’s cycle ride raising £93,111 for the Douglas Macmillan Hospice in Staffordshire. In June, a team of nearly 50 TIP customers, staff and partners from across the UK and Irish transport industry embarked on the ‘Game of Thrones’ challenge to cycle 300 kilometres from Split to Dubrovnik, Croatia in 3 days. The ‘Fat Bottomed Boys & Girls’ team tackled busy city centres, blistering heat and around 10,000 feet of hill climb along the Dalmatian Coast in order to complete the challenge.
