Tarmac and TIP take Pride message nationwide with new tanker
TIP and Tarmac have joined forces to launch a Pride-themed tanker celebrating inclusion and the importance of creating a workplace where everyone can be themselves.
Owned by TIP, the tanker will support Tarmac’s logistics operations across the UK, taking its message of inclusion out on the road.
The initiative reflects both organisations’ commitment to creating supportive and inclusive workplaces where colleagues feel valued. Since the tanker was unveiled, it has also prompted positive conversations among Tarmac and TIP colleagues about Pride, their own experiences and the importance of supporting one another.
The project is the latest chapter in a long-standing relationship between TIP and Tarmac, with the two businesses having worked together for 15 years.
