TIP Canada Appoints Jim MacIntosh as President
We’re pleased to announce that TIP has appointed industry veteran Jim MacIntosh to the Senior Leadership Team as President, TIP Canada effective June 1, 2021. TIP Canada specializes in providing the transportation and logistics sector with leasing, rental, maintenance, and repairs through a wide selection of trailer equipment.
Jim brings over 25 years of experience in both transportation and warehousing to the TIP team. Most recently, he held the role of Senior Vice President for the warehousing side of the business at Versa Cold Logistics. He played a crucial role building high performing teams through a hands on leadership approach, people development and collaboration. Prior to that he gained expertise for field, freight and hub operations as Vice President Operations at Purolator.

Jim’s appointment is a clear reflection of TIP Canada’s mission, excitement for the future, and continuation to steer the business in supporting the growth and success of our customers. Under the leadership of TIP Global, Deputy CEO Arjen Kraaij, Jim is responsible for leading the strategy and vision for the operations and services of our Canadian division.
