He’s one of our own …

J’Nai, he’s one of our own – as the song goes.

We know J’Nai as an essential part of TIP’s finance team, but he’s also an important member of the Bermuda international football squad, playing a key role in their World Cup qualifier matches against Cayman Islands and Cuba recently !

When his opportunity came, J’Nai put in a solid performance, doing his bit to help the team win both matches to finish second in their group and advance to the next round to be played in September. It was an experience that he’ll never forget.

J'Nai, TIP & Bermuda

Having kicked off his football journey at just five years old, he joined Sheffield United’s Academy by the age of nine, before moving to Leicester and now playing for City of Liverpool.

“When I was 16, I was called up to the Bermuda under-17s and at 23 to the senior team, and it’s an honour to represent your country at the highest level of football”, J’Nai shared.

The left-back has played against some top talent, such as the Premier League’s Morgan Gibbs-White and has travelled to some fantastic destinations; his recent World Cup experience though remains the highlight up to now.

TIP is supporting his football journey, and we’re really excited to see where it takes him next – as long as its not away from his duties at TIP for too long !
