TIP certified as a ‘Great Place To Work’ 2023-24

TIP is delighted to have been certified as a ‘Great Place to Work’ in the UK for 2023-24, following a survey of its staff recently.

Great Place To Work 2023

Great Place to Work is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and leadership behaviors required for market-leading revenue, employee retention and innovation. The Great Place to Work Certification™is based on results of the Trust Indexsurvey administered by the Great Place to Work Institute, which assesses employee satisfaction in key areas.

The certification, which effectively ‘renews’ that which was achieved in 2022, is a consequence of an extensive survey conducted in October of its staff that explores their thoughts and opinions on matters concerning TIP as an employer, including those surrounding the working culture, work environment and so on.

Participation in the survey was extremely high, with responses meeting the ’score’ required to achieve certification.

TIP was, in fact, certified in all countries where it participated in the survey, which were Austria, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands,Poland and Spain, in addition to the UK.
