Triple Award Win for TIP

It was great to attend the 2023 Dougie Mac Business Partnership Awards last week, especially as the fantastic charity were celebrating their 50th anniversary.

To come away with three award wins was a super bonus!

The event was held in recognition of those businesses who have supported the Staffordshire-based hospice throughout 2022 and 2023 so far.

1 - TIP WON the ‘Palladium Partnership Award’ for support exceeding £50k in 2022, raising funds via its ‘Fat Bottomed Boys & Girls’ charity cycle ride.

2 – We also WON ‘The Best Business Partnership Award’, an award given to the business going above and beyond for the Dougie Mac.

3 - Finally, our ‘charity champion’ Janice Furnival was the WINNER of the ‘Charity Champion Award’ for commitment shown in making fundraising for Dougie Mac possible.

Dougie Mac provides hospice services and excellent care to thousands of people that have life-limiting illnesses, including for their loved ones, in the Stoke-on-Trent and North Staffordshire surrounding areas. For more on Dougie Mac, visit here.

TIP continues to support this amazing charity and, once again, its ‘FBB&G’ team of 48 cyclists have just completed another 3-day arduous charity bike ride, the ‘Game of Thrones Challenge’, cycling over 300 kms. We have just smashed our target of £70,000, a record, thanks to the many kind donations to the cause.
