TIP showcases trailer refurbishment capabilities and electric vehicle offering at RTX
TIP will return to the Road Transport Expo (RTX) for the fourth year running, highlighting its latest electric vehicle hire solutions and its expanding trailer refurbishment capabilities.
On outdoor stand Y10, visitors can view a fully refurbished curtainsider trailer, demonstrating how TIP’s dedicated UK refurbishment centre extends trailer life and, at the same time, supports fleet sustainability.
Also on display will be a DAF XD 6x2 electric rigid truck equipped with a Hiab crane. Designed for the builders’ merchant sector, the vehicle offers a range of up to 150 miles from its three battery packs and its showcasing on the TIP stand reflects the growing variety of electric trucks TIP can supply for hire.
Together, the exhibits underline TIP’s commitment to helping operators transition to more sustainable fleets.
The TIP team will be available throughout the show to discuss hire options, refurbishment services and wider fleet support.
Visitors are also invited to enjoy freshly prepared on‑stand breakfast or lunch.
Road Transport Expo 2026 takes place from 30 June to 2 July at NAEC Stoneleigh, Warwickshire.
