  AMSTERDAM, 2 May 2023 – TIP Group, a portfolio company of I Squared Capital and one of the leading trailer leasing, rental, maintenance and repair providers across Europe and Canada, has acquired the workshop business of Släp & Kaross AB in Sweden. Släp & Kaross has been operating since 2005, providing top-quality services and repairs to trucks and reefers.   The acquisition of Släp & Kaross brings the total number of workshops in Sweden to five, further establishing TIP's position as a leading provider of trailer leasing and maintenance services in the Nordics.

AMSTERDAM, 1 February 2023 –TIP Group, a portfolio company of I Squared Capital and one of the leading trailer leasing, rental, maintenance and repair providers across Europe and Canada, has acquired the trailer business of EURO-Leasing in Denmark. EURO-Leasing has been offering its customers tailor-made rental and service solutions for trucks and trailers since 1997. The company has its headquarters in Germany and is part of Volkswagen Financial Services.
