Släp & Kaross har varit verksamt sedan 2005 och tillhandahåller tjänster av högsta kvalitet och reparationer av lastbilar och kylaggregat. Förvärvet av Släp & Kaross ökar antalet verkstäder i Sverige till fem, vilket ytterligare etablerar TIP:s position som en ledande leverantör av trailerleasing och verkstadstjänster i Norden.

AMSTERDAM, 1 February 2023 –TIP Group, a portfolio company of I Squared Capital and one of the leading trailer leasing, rental, maintenance and repair providers across Europe and Canada, has acquired the trailer business of EURO-Leasing in Denmark. EURO-Leasing has been offering its customers tailor-made rental and service solutions for trucks and trailers since 1997. The company has its headquarters in Germany and is part of Volkswagen Financial Services.
