  AMSTERDAM, 2 May 2023 – TIP Group, a portfolio company of I Squared Capital and one of the leading trailer leasing, rental, maintenance and repair providers across Europe and Canada, has acquired the workshop business of Släp & Kaross AB in Sweden. Släp & Kaross has been operating since 2005, providing top-quality services and repairs to trucks and reefers.   The acquisition of Släp & Kaross brings the total number of workshops in Sweden to five, further establishing TIP's position as a leading provider of trailer leasing and maintenance services in the Nordics.

EURO-Leasing har tilbudt sine kunder skræddersyede udlejnings- og serviceløsninger til lastbiler og trailere siden 1997. Virksomheden har hovedkontor i Tyskland og er en del af Volkswagen Financial Services.   TIP køber mere end 1650 trailere fra EURO-Leasing i Danmark, hvilket udvider flåden med yderligere 25%.
