Mark Youd

Mark leads the Central Accounts customer services team with the aim of ensuring the smooth running of the team’s day-to-day operational tasks.

Key tasks include :

  • Producing KPI reports concerning compliance performance and maintenance & repair spend analysis of customers’ fleets
  • Co-ordinating monthly customer review meetings to review KPI reports
  • Sourcing additional assets to meet customer requirements

Mark is the primary person to contact regarding KPI reporting matters, additional asset requirements and for any escalations that may be required.

Mark has been with TIP for over 10 years, starting life at our Carrington branch in Manchester, before moving to our HQ to join our customer services teams.

Mark is a Manchester United fan and enjoys reading, skiing, the gym and has a young daughter to occupy the rest of his time!
