Chelsea manages the daily compliance reporting and is tasked with ensuring service events are ‘captured’ on time.

Key tasks include :

  • Issuing daily compliance reports to customer sites in order to ‘capture’ due service events
  • Managing MOT and service bookings
  • Administering the introduction of long-term-lease trailers
  • Validating and processing third-party service provider costs
  • Ordering spare parts for mobile service units and third-party service providers

Chelsea is the primary person to contact regarding any compliance queries or for MOT and service bookings.
