TIP Group is officially one of UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing!

We are delighted to announce that TIP Group has officially been named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing (2023) by Great Place to Work®, the global authority on workplace culture.

To determine who makes it onto the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing list, thousands of employee surveys have been thoroughly analysed and assessed by Great Place to Work’s culture experts. The questions reviewed were focused on people’s holistic experiences of wellbeing at work, asking employees to comment on how the company supports their work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial security. The evaluation also considered the organisation’s ability to deliver consistency of their employee experience across all departments and seniority levels.
