New service partnership
Hamburg/Veghel- VALX International BV (VALX) enters into a service partnership with TIP Trailer Services Germany GmbH (TIP). From April 2019, VALX and TIP will work together as service partners for commercial vehicles.
VALX aims to further expand its service and customer proximity through cooperation with qualified workshops and therefore chose a partnership with TIP Trailer Services. In the future, TIP will carry out the workshop services as part of guarantee and warranties for all products of the VALX Group, as well as directly for VALX and the maintenance and repair work commissioned by the customer.
Thorsten Scheffel, Operational Workshop Manager Germany and Austria at TIP says: “Since our workshops are brand-independent and we want to offer our customers services in all areas, we are very pleased to be adding a renowned brand such as VALX to our portfolio of service partners. For our large fleet operators, it is important that the trailers’ downtime is as short as possible and reliable vehicle components are used for repair and maintenance.”
