TIP Group expands into Southern Spain with acquisition of SERVICE TRAILER SEVILLA, S.L.  

TIP Group, a leading provider of full-service equipment solutions, today announced the acquisition of the business of SERVICE TRAILER SEVILLA, S.L. (SETRASE). The acquisition is marking its expansion in Southern Spain and establishes a strategic presence in Andalusia. Strategically located near the A-4 motorway, the site provides strong connectivity across Andalusia and key transport routes linking Spain with Portugal and Morocco, positioning TIP within an important logistics and transport corridor.  

The acquisition includes a fully operational setup ensuring immediate business continuity and uninterrupted service delivery. The workshop is equipped to deliver a range of high-value services, including maintenance and repair, bodyshop services, and reefer and hydraulic repairs. This investment creates an opportunity for TIP to establish a new leasing and rental branch while providing a strong platform to expand its customer base. With the successful integration of the new workshop and high experienced team into the TIP family, TIP is expanding our workshop capacities in Spain to a total of six locations.
