Neil Jones

Neil Jones has been appointed Head of the CEO Office at TIP Group in 2026, with responsibility for Lean, Internal Audit, Legal, Integrations and M&A. Over the past 10 years at TIP, Neil has been responsible for M&A alongside Pricing, playing a key role in the company’s growth and value creation. Neil brings over 30 years of experience across various financial and M&A roles and is a Chartered Accountant (ACA). Prior to joining TIP in 2008, he fulfilled multiple finance positions within GE Equipment Services.
