Ryan Brown

My TIP career began back in 2010 when I joined as an Apprentice Welder. Since TIP puts a great deal of emphasis on the professional development of its employees, I have been given numerous opportunities to develop my skill sets.

I have completed many training courses that have been provided by TIP. Because of this, I am now a highly valued multi-skilled worker, a fully qualified welder and a commercial painter.

Along the way, I have met a lot of great people and I am looking forward to my future with TIP.
