TIP acquires the business of JS Laadtechniek B.V, a leader in hydraulic tailgates and tail-lift maintenance.
AMSTERDAM, 02 May 2022 – TIP Trailer Services, a portfolio company of I Squared Capital and one of the leading trailer leasing, rental, maintenance and repair providers across Europe and Canada, has signed a deal to acquire the business of JS Laadtechniek, a specialist and leader in hydraulic tailgates and tail-lift maintenance, in the Netherlands.
Acquiring JS Laadtechniek will increase TIP’s service offering to customers, expand and diversify our customer base and will provide additional insourcing opportunities. It will also expand TIP’s number of workshops by an additional four in the Netherlands to 17. These additional locations are in Maasdijk, Aalsmeer, Boskoop and Barendrecht. The completion of the transaction is expected to take place in May 2022.
