TIP update on Corona: our safety steps to stay healthy

TIP Covid-19

Dear customer,

At TIP, the safety of our staff, customers, partners and site visitors is of a paramount importance.

Currently, all our locations remain open for business, with staff at work and ready to assist as usual. However, we have put additional measures in place to help ensure our offices and branch locations remain safe environments to work in and to visit.

Some of the steps we have taken with regards to safety in our locations are listed below:

  • we keep at least 1 meter from each other and avoid physical contact
  • we ask your drivers to make contact through the nearest window (close by the door)
  • we will take the trailer into the workshop ourselves

We have placed posters in our locations which will help our employees and our visitors to stay safe.

Many of our services are managed outside TIP locations with our mobile service vans or through our partners. We are depending on the availability of our colleagues and partners and their capability to perform their work within the new introduced Covid-19 safety conditions. This could cause problems to allocate jobs and impacting service levels. Unfortunately, this is something we have limited influence on, including the effect of the individual country applied restrictions.

We hope for your understanding and cooperation, so we together will find solutions which will help us all to get through this in the best possible way.

And if any doubt or questions, please don´t hesitate to contact us immediately.

Best regards,

Your TIP team.
