TIP Group acquires the workshop business of SM and BM Transportkylservice
AMSTERDAM, 16 November 2023 – TIP Group, a leading global player in transportation and logistics solutions, is thrilled to announce the acquisition of SM and BM Transportkylservice, reefer workshop businesses located in Sweden.
This acquisition further continues to expand our growth path in the Nordic region, following the acquisition of the LAST og TANK AS workshop in Norway; Savon Rekkahuolto Oy in Finland; the truck and trailer business of EURO-Leasing A/S in Denmark and the workshop business of Släp & Kaross AB in Sweden earlier this year.
With this acquisition TIP Group expands its workshop network in Sweden to eight, adding the first three reefer workshops in Malmö, Helsingborg and Halmstad, thus greatly increasing its ability to service reefer unit for direct and third-party customers.
