For the past decade, TIP has proudly organized charity rides, raising funds for organizations to support those in need. What began in the UK has now expanded, and we are excited to announce the launch of our new Benelux charity ride!
Reflecting on a decade of successful UK ‘FBB&G’ rides
The very first TIP charity ride, known as ‘Fat Bottomed Boys & Girls’ (FBB&G), was organized by our UK team. Over the last ten years, TIP customers, staff and partners from across the UK and Irish transport industry have raised over £600,000 for various charitable causes!

The latest FBB&G edition started in the Swiss city of Zurich, winding through the Alps and the Lakes via Austria, and reaching the finish line at Munich's Olympic Stadium three days later. This year's route was over 300kms, with various participants joining the ride, including TIP employees, customers, enthusiastic partners from the UK and Irish transport industries, as well as new riders from France and the Benelux. The Benelux charity ride is ready!
Building on the success of the UK initiative, we are thrilled to launch our first Benelux charity ride, TIP on Tour! This 3-day cycling event will take place in Mallorca from May 28 to June 1, 2024. TIP employees, customers and suppliers will rack up the necessary kilometers, and can do so based on their fitness and experience choose whether they will go for the light, medium or heavy course.
All donations will directly support the Friends of Sophia Foundation; a charity affiliated with a unique, leading academic hospital.
