Headquartered in Amsterdam, we service our customers from 128 locations spread over 18 countries in Europe. This role is advertised for an exciting new TIP Group venture. 

 

Job Summary  

The transportation, logistics, and the trailer industry are undergoing a transformation. So, this is a unique opportunity to become a part of a brand-new TIP Group venture where you’ll be shaping solutions with the shared goal of electrification and digitization of logistics fleets and workshops across Europe.   

In this role, you will be responsible for developing a compelling brand and getting our message across to all the relevant prospects. You’ll be a part of an enterprising and newly built team with both corporate and startup backgrounds.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities 

  • Execute the go-to-market strategy for this new venture, ensuring a smooth and impactful market entry, under the guidance of our commercial lead. 

  • Nurture new brand in fleet / workshop market 

  • Choose appropriate marketing channels based on target groups and stakeholder input (e.g. direct face-to-face versus digital) 

  • Develop compelling product and brand messaging that resonate with fleet operators and workshop managers. 

  • Join Sales Teams for Trade Fair Visits / Road Shows 

  • Create high-quality content, such as blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and other marketing materials 

  • Collaborate with our customer success specialist and business analyst to understand customer needs and translate them into product marketing initiatives. 

 

Whilst the above outlines the main duties of the post the list is not exhaustive, and duties may need to change in the light of future developments or from time to time as directed by your supervisor or manager. 

 

Qualifications/Requirements 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably within the industrial or logistics sector. 

  • Knowledge of marketing best-practices in B2B industrial environments. 

  • Excellent communication and writing skills, in (mandatory) English and (mandatory) in either Dutch and/or German. Any other European language is a distinct advantage. 
  • Experience with content creation, including white papers, case studies, blog posts, and social media content. 

  • Data driven approach & experience with content marketing analytics and reporting. 

  • Team player, able to work and communicate closely with peers in cross-functional and international teams to reach common goals. 

  • Willingness to travel to stakeholders across the Netherlands and EU. 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
