Headquartered in Amsterdam, we service our customers from 128 locations spread over 18 countries in Europe. This role is advertised for a new TIP Group venture 

Job Summary 

The transportation, logistics, and the trailer industry are undergoing a transformation. So, this is a unique opportunity to become a part of a new TIP Group venture whereby you’ll be shaping solutions to address the opportunities resulting from changes in the industry; with the shared goal of electrification and digitization of logistics fleets and workshops across Europe or at-scale.  

In this role, you will be in the lead and responsible for discovery, user advocacy, user research, and GTM planning. Furthermore, you will be a key stakeholder in helping manage the backlog, and being a trusted advisor on prioritization as well as new features. You’ll be a part of an enterprising and newly built team with team members with both, corporate and startup backgrounds.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities 

  • Interact with customers to understand their needs and pain points and translate these into opportunities 

  • Execute product strategy 

  • Drive action throughout the organization to get product to market 

  • Plan and carry out product launches 

  • Provide insight to stakeholders on product and market 

  • Manager all aspects of in-live products including customer feedback, requirements and issues 

  • Participate in daily scrum meetings, reviews and retrospectives 

  • Conduct user, market, and competitor research 

  • Work with product team to mature current features and build new ones  

  • Ensure capture and resolution of customer requests and product issues 

  • Collaborate with UX designer to create an optimal customer experience 

  • Coordinate with stakeholders across disciplines and across Europe

Qualifications/Requirements 

  • At least 4 years of professional product management experience or relevant fields 

  • Master's degree (or equivalent) in industrial engineering, innovation management, or similar 

  • Strong strategic and problem-solving skills to structure and analyze problems and come up with high-impact solutions 

  • Great communication and collaboration skills, easily interacting with customers and team members alike, and able to translate complex matters into simple language for shared understanding  

  • Experienced in collaborating in/with cross-functional and international teams. 

  • Results-driven and not afraid to get your hands dirty to get things done. 

  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Mandatory. Any other European language is a distinct advantage. 

  • Willingness to travel to stakeholders across the Netherlands and EU 

  • Comfortable with taking initiative in an agile context 

  • Team player, able to work and communicate closely with peers to reach common goals.
