Secure truck parking TIP Isoparc Sorigny : a new benchmark for heavy goods vehicle parking south of Tours

Paris, 17 October 17, 2025 - After several months of construction, TIP Group is proud to announce the official opening of the TIP Secure Truck Parking Isoparc Sorigny secure parking facility for heavy goods vehicles. Ideally located along the A10 motorway south of Tours, it meets the growing need for secure parking for drivers travelling along the Atlantic corridor between northern Europe and the Iberian Peninsula.

A site that meets demanding security criteria and is part of an energy transition strategy

Following its acquisition in June 2024, TIP Isoparc Sorigny was partially operational and had 146 spaces. The expansion work has increased this capacity to 175 spaces, while incorporating high-level security infrastructure that meets EU Gold and TAPA PSR1 specifications. In addition, a security guard is on duty 24/7, contributing to on-site security and welcoming drivers.

TIP Isoparc Sorigny is committed to energy transition and environmental protection: most of the 175 spaces are covered by photovoltaic shade structures, and LNG and hydrogen refueling stations are available in the immediate vicinity. Finally, charging stations for electric lorries will soon be added to the offering, and power sockets for refrigeration units are currently being installed.

  • Improving the quality of rest for drivers thanks to suitable and comfortable facilities, which are essential for complying with statutory break times.
  • Promoting drivers' well-being by providing access to sports facilities that allow them to stay active during their rest periods.
