TIP Group has acquired a new secure truck parking: Isoparc in Sorigny, France. The newly acquired site is strategically located to the south of Tours at the junction of three major highways - the A10, A85 and A28 - and is less than 1 km away from an exit of the A10 highway connecting Paris to Bordeaux & the Iberian Peninsula.
Following its acquisition in 2024, TIP Secure Truck Parking Isoparc Sorigny underwent major expansion work with three main objectives: to improve reception, security and space.
Enhanced driver experience:
- Construction of a building housing a security control centre, a lounge for drivers, toilets and showers with a women-only area, a laundry room, vending machines and other services
- Addition of an outdoor fitness area
- Free Wi-Fi throughout the site
Improved security: Implementation of a high-level security infrastructure that complies with the Gold level requirements of the EU Parking Standard and PSR1 of the TAPA standard

Site expansion:
- Parking capacity increased from 146 to 176 spaces
- Redesign of entry points for improved traffic flow
