TIP Canada recognized for the 7th year as Top Fleet Employer of Distinction by Trucking HR
TIP Canada is honoured to be recognized as a Top Fleet Employer for the 7th year in the annual Top Fleet Program by Trucking HR Canada. This recognition acknowledges TIP’s ongoing commitment to implementing the best human resources practices across the country. The program showcases the leadership and commitment of companies to the transportation industry. Through this award TIP Canada highlights its global values dedicated to team spirit, integrity and reliability, and passion for commitment to our customers and people.

The Top Fleet Employers Program is a Canadian program that recognizes the importance of having sound HR policies and practices in the trucking and logistics industry. Each year, trucking and logistics companies undergo a rigorous application process, but only the best are recognized as Top Fleet Employers. Policies and practices are reviewed including charity support, environmental initiatives, and social activities for employees. All applicants are rated on recruitment and retention practices, workplace culture, compensation, training and skills development, and innovative HR practices.
The annual Trucking HR Awards Gala was held on October 13th at the Palais Royale in Toronto, Canada.
It celebrated the most impressive workplaces across Canada, taking into consideration online applications and employee surveys with a variety of HR best practices. The event was made possible by Trucking HR Canada’s partners and sponsors which include transportation industry leaders across the country.
