Transitioning London Branch to new 3rd Party Service Partner

We would like to inform you about a change to our London, Ontario location.  Effective December 21, 2020, all repair & maintenance service locally will be completed by our new partner (Al’s Trailer Service) at the same location.
 
For all your trailer lease & rental, pick-up and drop off needs, we ask you reach out to our Cambridge location at:

Hours:
Monday to Friday: 7 am to 4 pm
Saturday to Sunday: Closed

Our customers who require trailer service, parts or storage will be served primarily from our Cambridge Branch; and all local service needs will be provided by our 3rd party provider (Al’s Trailer Service Inc.) at the current London location. 

Our Cambridge Customer Care Centre is fully equipped with authorized vehicle inspection stations, certified service teams and large inventories of OEM quality parts. Our teams will perform best-in-class repairs and service for your rental and lease trailers.

We will continue to maintain our service presence in the London area with our 24/7/365 Emergency Roadside Service. A qualified service mechanic will be available to assess your requirements, either repairing onsite or making arrangements to forward on the equipment to our closest Service Centre for repair. We're happy to be able to continue to offer and provide this level of value to our customers. 

We are confident that with our existing sales and service location in Cambridge, along with our new partner in London and our existing Emergency Roadside Service that we will continue to provide the level of service you have come to expect from us.
